VLM gets new sales account manager for the north
VLM Airlines has appointed Paul Fletcher as its new sales account manager for Northern England, with responsibility for liaising with key business travel agents and corporate clients.
Fletcher was previously a travel and tourism lecturer at the Manchester College of Arts and Technology.
He has seven years experience in the travel industry and worked as a sales supervisor and team leader at Trailfinders from 1999-2005.
David Nye, VLM Airlines’ regional manager UK says: “Paul’s extensive experience will help us to strengthen links with our travel trade and corporate partners, raising awareness of the wide range of flights we offer from Manchester and Liverpool.”
VLM Airlines operates 220 flights per week to London City Airport, with eight return services each weekday from Manchester and three from Liverpool. It also serves Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg and Rotterdam.
