Volaris Costa Rica launching three US routes
The Costa Rica based unit of Volaris is launching a stopping service to San Juan from three U.S cities.
The three routes link Los Angeles, New York and Washington Dulles to Costa Rica via a stop in San Salvador.
The LA service begins first on March 15, 2018, followed by New York in April and Washington Dulles in May.
Volaris Costa Rica just received its foreign air carrier permit from the department of transportation last week.
Reservations are open for the new routes and can be booked now on the main Volaris website.
Volaris Costa Rica launched a year ago and CEO Fernando Naranjo says it hopes to build up to a fleet of at least 18 aircraft within three years.
The Volaris business including subsidiaries currently operates an all-Airbus fleet numbering 71 jets.
