Barcelona-based Vueling is to spread its wings with seven European destinations served from its new Toulouse base next summer.
The carrier, now merged with Spanish budget airline clickair, will operate from Toulouse to new destinations Pisa, Venice, Ibiza and Malaga plus Paris, Amsterdam and Barcelona.
At the moment, the carrier serves France from its Spanish hubs including Madrid and Valencia.
The move is part of a three-year, €30m strategy and will add 40 flights a week to the airline’s schedules.
Toulouse is Vueling’s eight base and the first outside of Spain.
