Wedding consultancy joins ABTA
Ionian Weddings has become the first specialist wedding consultancy to join ABTA.
The company, which arranges for couples to tie the knot in Greece and Cyprus, claimed to have seen a 25% increase in bookings so far for 2012 compared to 2011. It said the number of bookings in Cyprus had more than doubled.
Co-founder Jane Palikira said: “We are very excited to become ABTA members as it further enhances the high level of service and added value offered to our wedding couples.
"Our ABTA membership gives our clients even more financial protection and security."
ABTA head of communications Victoria Bacon added: “We are delighted to welcome Ionian Weddings as our first specialist wedding company."
