Wendy Wu Tours appoints new MD
Wendy Wu Tours has announced the appointment of Mark Bloxham as the new UK managing director.
He joins on August 21 and reports into global CEO Joe Karbo and company founder and chairwoman Wendy Wu.
Bloxham has over 17 years’ experience in digital marketing and online transformation, most recently consulting as UK marketing officer with venture-capital backed, tech mobility start up Gett.
He was previously MD for James Villa Holidays and marketing director for Teletext. He has also worked at Kaplan UK, Adecco and Thomas Cook.
Founder and chairwoman Wendy Wu said: "Mark’s track record of success is impressive, and he has proven himself an innovator in digital leadership. I am confident that Mark will be an excellent addition to my team, and he will lead us to fast track our transformation and growth."
