Which? names its top long-haul airlines
Members of the UK’s largest consumer body, Which?, have named Air New Zealand’s long haul flights as the best in the world.
Air New Zealand shares the top honours with Singapore Airlines.
Both carriers topped the poll of more than 12,000 UK passengers who were asked to rate their overall satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending the airline to a friend.
Air New Zealand scored five stars in eight of the nine criteria all airlines were judged against, including legroom, in-flight entertainment, food and drink, punctuality and value for money.
Nearly one million people subscribe to Which? magazine and its online service.
Ryanair was named as the worst short-haul airline.
