Who is your company consumer champion?
Travel companies are being invited to nominate someone who has made an outstanding contribution to improving the lives of their customers over the past 12 months for a Which? Your Consumer Champion Award.
After what has been the most challenging few months ever for the travel industry, it’s an opportunity to reward those members of staff who have gone the extra mile for their customers.
The Your Consumer Champion was introduced in 2019 as part of the annual Which? Awards, which also includes a Travel Brand of the Year category.
Which? said: "The past year has been like no other. Businesses and consumers faced unprecedented challenges, we want to hear about the individuals who, despite all this, have gone the extra mile to help your customers.
"Whether it’s been creating a new product, service, challenging the status quo or an extraordinary approach to customer service, nominate a colleague today."
Businesses can nominate one individual and Which? will put all nominations to its panel of experts, who will draw up a shortlist of candidates. Based on the shortlist its experts will either select the winner or invite consumers to vote for the overall winner.
As well as a £300 voucher and a Which? Award, the winner will receive a coaching session with a consumer expert to help champion them and their award-winning ideas.
