Wicked musical launches travel trade booking platform
WICKED musical has launched a new global distribution platform for the travel trade.
Available now, Wicked Direct provides access to the musical’s London ticket inventory.
With a ‘self-service’ booking portal and personal support from an in-house sales team, Wicked Direct hosts four channels together with information and resources about the show, the London neighbourhood of Victoria and FAQs
The newly live portal allows registered travel partners to book FIT ticket reservations .
Wicked B2B provides secure and user-friendly real-time ticket access and availability, and instant booking confirmations with seat locations,.
Registration is available now via the B2B channel.
Group Sales, powered by Group Line, is a dedicated in-house group sales team offering best-in-market rates, and book-now-pay-later flexibility.
Group organisers can also purchase exclusive add-ons to personalise a group visit.
The in-house team also provides the meetings and events groups with tailored experiences, combining tickets to the show with a range of exclusive extras.
The new Wicked Active Learning channel offers discounted tickets for school, student, and youth groups.
WICKED celebrates its 17th year at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre, with tickets on public sale until Sunday 26 November 2023 with the travel trade, coach operators, schools, and group organisers from Tuesday 28 November 2023 to Sunday 2 June 2024.
It has attracted 800,000 people a year to the Apollo Victoria Theatre.
The show’s in-house Groups & Travel Trade team is led by Jo Bachelor, who brings over 30 years’ experience within the travel & tourism sector.
