Winners of CLIA River Cruise Excellence Awards revealed
CLIA revealed the winners of the River Cruise Excellence Awards 2018 at its annual conference, held for the first time in Paris.
The awards ceremony recognised those that contributed to the river cruise industry, which grew 21% in the UK last year when 210,400 Britons took a river cruise.
The winners are:

Best Marketing Promotion of River Cruise (Retail): Miles Morgan Travel

River Cruise Ambassador of the Year (Agency): Ponders Travel

River Cruise Ambassador of the Year (Agent): Margaret McCorriston (Planet Cruise)
A special recognition award was given to James Hill from GoCruise, who was awarded River Cruise Agent of the Year.
