World’s biggest cruise ship sails into UK
Harmony of the Seas, the biggest cruise ship in the world, sailed into Southampton today.
The latest addition to the Royal Caribbean fleet, it is the length of four football pitches and can accommodate 6,780 passengers.
It has 20 restaurants, 23 swimming pools and 16 guest decks.
The £783 million vessel will sail from Southampton on May 22 on the first of a short series of mini-cruises before heading to its summer base of Barcelona on May 29.
