Wrexham AFC jets off with United Airlines
Newly promoted Wrexham AFC has taken flight with key sponsor United Airlines.
Wrexham AFC’s men’s and women’s team have taken off from London Heathrow for their ‘Wrex Coast Tour’ across North America.
This will be the women’s team US debut.
Wrexham AFC’s summer tour follows United’s official front-of shirt sponsorship, with the release of ReUnited.
This is an original documentary that follows five Wrexham fans travelling from Patagonia to Wrexham for the first time.
United also has limited-edition Wrexham AFC inflight amenity kits and pyjamas, in United’s premium cabins on long-haul international routes.
For the 2024-2025 season United continue its partnership with the Wrexham AFC team.
With Wrexham AFC’s recent promotion to League One and FX’s ‘Welcome to Wrexham’, the team, fans and city itself are in the spotlight like never before.
United has been serving the UK for over 30 years and this summer has up to 20 daily flights from London Heathrow to the US.
It flies to and from Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington/Dulles.
United also offers year-round service from Edinburgh to New York/Newark and seasonal service from Edinburgh to Chicago and Washington/Dulles.
