Wyndham signs new resort in South Australia
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts signed a franchise agreement for a new resort on South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula.
It inked an agreement with Monopoly Property Group for a new build which will be named Wyndham Wallaroo Shores Resort.
It is scheduled to open in 2023.
It forms part of the $220 million Wallaroo Shores mixed-use project which is about two hours away from Adelaide.
It will feature 100 villas, a 42-seat theatre, swimming pools, tennis courts and a fitness centre.
It will also have function space.
"With its exceptional location and outstanding facilities, this resort will become a favourite with holidaymakers and corporate retreats seeking peaceful respite," said Wyndham President Asia Pacific, Joon Aun Ooi.
Monopoly Property Group CEO Alex Paior said: "Given the location and style of our resort, we feel that the upscale Wyndham brand is a strong choice and a great fit for us."
