‘Younger management’ take reins at Seligo

Monday, 03 Aug, 2004 0

Accommodation and theme park specialist, Seligo says unprecedented growth of the company has forced a restructure.

Seligo will be split into two divisions. An accommodation division will be headed by Diane Mosson, currently product and marketing director. The second division, focussed on theme parks, will be headed by Stuart Wright, currently sales director.

Seligo finance director, Paul Stobbs takes over as chief executive overseeing both divisions. David Cockerton relinquishes the role of managing director to stay on as chairman. He told TravelMole: “The role was just getting too big for me.”

Seligo is looking to hire one new sales manager for each of the divisions.

Mr Cockerton added: “I believe these changes are necessary in order to maintain our impressive growth…these changes will allow the new younger management to take far greater responsibility for running the business.”
