easyJet has announced the launch of two new routes for summer 2026 with seats now on sale to Naples from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and to Munich from London Southend Airport. The inaugural flights to Naples will operate on Mondays and Fridays from 3^rd August while easyJet’s new connection to Munich will start on 17 September 2026 and operate twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays. Customers from across the Northwest can now explore the historic city of Naples by sampling authentic Neapolitan pizza and visiting landmarks such as the Naples National Archaeological Museum and the ancient ruins of Pompeii nearby. EasyJet is launching 16 new routes for summer 2026, with seats now on sale. These new flights will depart from eight Uk airports. It marks the airline’s expansion into sub-Saharan Africa with its third route from the UK to Sal in Cape Verde from Bristol, joining existing services from London Gatwick and Manchester. Flights from Bristol will take off from 1 May 2026 and operate three times a week. EasyJet is also offering new routes from Bristol to Bari, starting from 18 April 2026, and to Seville from 2 May 2026. Both will operate twice weekly. The airline has also introduced new services from Birmingham to Inverness starting on 30 March 2026 and Nice on 1 May 2026, both operating twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays. From Manchester, the airline is launching new flights to Montpellier and to Preveza. From Liverpool, two new routes will take off to Lisbon and Paphos next summer. Also launching next summer are flights from the newest base at London Southend to Jersey taking off on 30 March 2026 and to Paris Charles de Gaulle from London Stansted. From Newcastle new flights to Tenerife will start on 1 August 2026m and there are four new routes from Glasgow. EasyJet holidays is offering package holidays on all the new international routes, inclusive of accommodation. easyJet and the Moroccan National Tourism Office have concluded a development partnership that will allow easyJet to extend its strong position in the market.

As part of the deal a new three aircraft base in Marrakech, easyJet’s first in Africa, will launch in summer 2026 to cement easyJet’s position as #2 airline in Marrakech, and will help create up to one hundred direct jobs and thousands of indirect.

Based operations in Morocco will enable easyJet to connect the country to even more markets in Europe and unlock opportunities at constrained airports across Europe providing more choice for our customers.

The airline announced today the launch of 4 new routes to Morocco from next summer: Hamburg, Lille and Strasbourg to Marrakech and Geneva-Tangier.

This brings the total number of routes of easyJet to Morocco to 46.

Multiple existing routes will also see their frequencies increase in 2026.

easyJet already operates to five local airports: Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat, Essaouira and Tangier since 2025.

easyJet has announced today ambitious growth plans in Morocco enabled by the establishment of a new three aircraft base in Marrakech, Morocco, from spring next year. This long-term partnership signed with the Moroccan National Tourism Office will allow the airline to offer a record 4 million seats in the first year of opening the base. The new permanent year-round base in Marrakech, will enable the creation of a hundred new jobs and thousands of indirect, and will cement the airline’s #2 position in Marrakech and extend its strong position in Morocco. easyJet announced today the launch of 4 new routes to Morocco bringing the total number of routes to Morocco to 46. Hamburg, Lille and Strasbourg will be connected to Marrakech by easyJet from next summer onwards. In total easyJet will operate to 24 destinations from Marrakech. Geneva-Tangier will also launch as an exclusive route. Several existing routes will also see their frequencies increased. This development plan will also be reflected in the easyJet holidays proposition. easyJet has a long history in Morocco, this year will be easyJet’s 20^th serving the Moroccan market with around 20 million customers flown over that time. It spans161,000 easyJet flights between 15 June 2026 and 13 September 2026. This includes over 87,000 flights to and from the UK. There are over 130 destinations to choose from across Europe, North Africa and beyond from 22 UK airports, it says. Also, easyJet holidays will offer more package holidays and free kids places for summer 2026. This covers over 8,000 hotels. Money raised will help UNICEF deliver critical emergency services, including access to clean drinking water, vaccinations, essential medical care, child protection services, psychosocial support, and education

easyJet has today launched its 2025 onboard summer collection to support UNICEF’s Children’s Emergency Fund to ensure the most vulnerable children and families get the vital support and help they desperately need. When an emergency begins, UNICEF teams with local partners and communities aim to respond within 48 hours to provide life-saving supplies and healthcare. Although UNICEF strives to be there for all children, the scale of those in need of support is unprecedented. Currently, approximately 1 in 6 children – almost half a billion in total – live in areas affected by conflict such as Ukraine and Sudan. Since 2012, easyJet customers and crew have raised over £17 million in donations from the beginning of its partnership with UNICEF. From 4 July, millions of easyJet customers flying through the peak summer season across 35 countries, will be able to donate onboard in any currency to this worthy cause. Earlier this year emergency funding enabled UNICEF to mobilise urgent support in Myanmar, in response to the devastating earthquakes that took place in March. The disaster left an estimated 6.3 million people needing urgent help including 2 million children. Thanks to this type of flexible funding, UNICEF was able to immediately fly in 227 tonnes of supplies in the first few weeks following the disaster, helping deliver access to safe drinking water, essential sanitation supplies and establish child-friendly spaces to support children suffering from trauma. Globally, UNICEF has helped millions of displaced children and their families, affected by ongoing conflicts in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gaza, Haiti, Sudan, and Yemen, among others. Ongoing humanitarian crises in Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Ethiopia, have seen this type of flexible emergency funding help ensure children and communities have continued access to essential services, including healthcare, nutrition support, clean water and sanitation facilities. UNICEF is also working to improve life for Rohingya children and their families living in the world’s largest refugee camp in Bangladesh, one of the world’s forgotten crises. Thanks to their generous donations, easyJet customers can make a world of difference by supporting UNICEF and its partners to deliver immediate, life-saving support to children and families affected by humanitarian crises such as natural disasters and ongoing conflict. easyJet’s dedicated cabin crew will be collecting donations during their inflight service, meaning customers can easily donate at the same time as purchasing refreshments onboard. The price of a £3.20 breakfast tea could provide 400 water purification tablets for families to purify water in emergency situations, when the fresh water supply may be compromised – helping to purify over 400 litres of water. easyJet has put 22 new routes from twelve UK airports on sale today, offering even more choice for the winter season. Flights are now on sale at easyJet.com and via the app, allowing customers to book early and get great value fares. Among the new destinations for both flights and package holidays now available from the UK is Vienna in Austria, which easyJet will serve from the UK this winter. A service over the festive season will launch from London Gatwick, Bristol and Liverpool, from 13th November, offering more city break options for holidaymakers looking to explore the home of one of Europe’s most iconic Christmas markets. Three new routes are set to take off from Manchester, to Ljubljana in Slovenia as well as to Strasbourg in France and Verona in Italy, which will provide customers in the north west with more direct access to some of Europe's top ski resorts over the winter. Belfast International is now connected to Rovaniemi - also known as Lapland and the home of Santa Claus - with easyJet offering the first and only direct connection to Finland from Northern Ireland. Basing three aircraft, it says it will support around 1,200 UK jobs in total. The base opening will enable easyJet to expand its network from Newcastle and serve an extensive catchment area across the North of England and Southern Scotland. The company already offers flights and holidays on eight routes from Newcastle to popular beach and city destinations Alicante, Amsterdam, Geneva, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Bristol and Belfast. A range of new routes and package holidays for next summer are set to be confirmed in the coming weeks. It will mark the 11^th UK airport base for easyJet. It signals continued growth in the UK for the airline, having already launched a base at London Southend in March and at Birmingham International Airport last year. In addition, seven additional aircraft have joined its UK fleet this summer. The UK is easyJet’s largest market with 56% of all easyJet customers flying to and from UK airports. The airline is set to operate its biggest ever UK flying programme this summer with over 33 million seats – half a million more than last year. The getaway rush is set to peak on Good Friday, 18 April, when up to 262,000 customers are expected to take to the skies on more than 1,800 flights across the airline’s extensive route network. easyJet’s inaugural flight to the Georgia took off for the first time today from London Luton Airport

The airline is now offering the direct route from the UK to the Georgian capital, known for its history, culture and natural beauty

The route operates twice weekly throughout the summer

easyJet has today celebrated its first flight taking off to the Georgian capital Tbilisi from London Luton Airport. The inaugural flight departed on time at 12:25 for the very first time to the airline's newest network destination and is scheduled to arrive into Georgia at 20:25 local time. The new city link is already proving popular with customers, who are choosing to explore Tiblisi as a new city break destination and as a gateway to discover more of Georgia. The new service will continue to operate twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer season. The airline has also launched new routes to Tbilisi from Geneva and Milan Malpensa this year. Tbilisi offers an untapped, affordable city break and a rich blend of history, diverse architecture, and culture. The city’s picturesque Old Town streets, historic sulphur baths, and a lively arts scene, alongside opportunities to sample traditional Georgian cuisine and award-winning wines mean it’s a new destination to rival the more traditional staples. To support increased choice and connectivity from London Luton, the airline recently based an additional Airbus A320 aircraft at its Luton base, meaning easyJet’s Luton fleet now comprises 25 A320 family aircraft. EasyJet officially opens new Southend airport base - News & announcements

EasyJet has officially opened its 10^th UK base at London Southend Airport, creating 140 direct jobs for pilots and crew in the UK. The airline is operating its biggest ever summer programme this year, with seven additional Airbus A320 family aircraft joining its UK-based fleet. It adds up to more than 33 million seats operating to and from the UK this summer, half a million more than last year. There are 44 new routes including three new destinations from the UK this summer. The opening of its London Southend base alone is driving 8% of capacity growth this summer. The base opening has been enabled by the growth of easyJet’s UK fleet to more modern and fuel-efficient aircraft. Three A320neo aircraft are now based at London Southend airport. They are operating inaugural flights to Tenerife, Marrakech, Antalya, Reus, Almeria, Pisa, Dalaman, Enfidha, Gran Canaria and Malta. Nearly 10,000 passengers will take off on flights and holidays during the first week of operations, which is also the start of the aviation summer season. It has a catchment area of around eight million people living within an hour of the airport. Jude Winstanley, CEO London Southend Airport said: “EasyJet’s 10th base at London Southend Airport marks a significant milestone for both the airport and the local community. The creation of wider employment reflects the positive momentum we are seeing as we head into our biggest summer for six years.” EasyJet already served routes from London Southend to seven beach and city destinations including Alicante, Malaga, Palma, Faro, Amsterdam, Geneva and Paris. With three based aircraft, easyJet has been able to expand its network by launching 13 new routes over the past 12 months. The airline has already begun expanding its winter offering, with new services to Barcelona, Lanzarote and Salzburg and, in response to popular demand, has extended nine summer routes to also operate over the winter season.
