Brisbane cruise ship Pacific Encounter adding Twin-Racer Slides
P&O Cruises’ Brisbane cruise ship Pacific Encounter is being upgraded with new adrenaline rides.
Additions during its upcoming Singapore dry dock include a 16-metre-high Twin-Racer waterslide and the P&O Edge Adventure Park.
The Adventure Park will feature a 55-metre-long zipline, rock climbing wall, walk the plank and beam walk.
“These exciting additions will mark the completion our three-fleet transformation,” Marguerite Fitzgerald, President of P&O Cruises Australia.
The ship calls at Bali and Lombok before arriving in Singapore on 6 February.
Pacific Encounter will restart a full Brisbane cruise program in March, visiting 24 destinations within Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific this year.
