Newmarket Holidays introduces solo traveller collection
Newmarket Holidays has rolled out the Solo Traveller Collection, a new range of escorted group tours for single travellers.
The collection features 25 short and long-haul tours, with five that are exclusively solo travel.
New solo-only options cover a variety of Newmarket Holidays’ most popular destinations.
These include the Scottish Highlands, Western Sicily, the Croatian islands of KorÄŤula and Hvar and a Kenyan safari and beach break.
A 15% saving is available for the five exclusive solo tours for any bookings made before 9Â June 2023, using the code SOLO.
In addition, 20 existing UK, Europe and worldwide itineraries have been adapted for solo travel with no single supplements on selected departure dates.
Options include a Norwegian fjords tour and Peru’s Sacred Valley.
Head of Trade Sales, Richard Forde said: “Our trade partners have been asking for more solo travel options.”
“Agents have not only 25 tours to choose from but also a vast range of dates to offer their customers.”
The expansion is in response to search and booking data that shows a big rise in solo travel bookings in the 50 plus age group.
