1000MTG launches corporate travel offering in North America
Australia based 1000 Mile Travel Group (1000MTG) has officially launched its tailored corporate travel offering in North America.
Backed by Corporate Travel Management (CTM)which is the world’s fourth-largest TMC, the expansion delivers more business travel solutions for both independent travel advisors and small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs).
It enables seasoned advisors to grow their careers and businesses with the backing of a global infrastructure, while providing SMEs access to cost-effective travel management that rivals the service levels of larger TMCs.
“We’re answering the call from businesses that want the best of both worlds: dedicated, experienced travel professionals with access to world-class tech and global supplier benefits,” said Nicola Veltman, CEO of 1000 Mile Travel Group.
“Our model is built on flexibility, efficiency, and service. We make it possible for growing companies to receive VIP-style care without compromising their budgets.”
The corporate travel market has long lacked a middle ground—one that allows advisors to maintain independence while accessing the structure and resources of a major agency.
1000MTG says it now fills that gap.
For corporate travel advisors, this move opens the door to business ownership within a proven, flexible framework.
Advisors in the US joining 1000MTG gain:
Proprietary corporate travel technology to streamline bookings and automate workflows
Exclusive global supplier agreements with high-yield commissions and premium inventory
A collaborative global advisor network of corporate and premium leisure advisors spanning North America, Australia, and the UK
Strategic business development support and smaller SME client leads, allowing advisors to focus on clients and growth
“This is a win-win for both advisors and their clients,” said Christy Shafer, SVP and General Manager, North America at 1000MTG.
“Our advisors deliver a boutique-level experience and have the muscle of a global travel business behind them.
Clients benefit from personalized, high-touch service, while advisors gain the tools and backing to grow.”
For SME clients:
Access to CTM’s proprietary travel technology for bookings, compliance, and reporting
Personalized service from experienced advisors who know corporate travel
Direct, ongoing relationships with advisors
Access to competitive pricing and premium travel inventory through global supplier relationships
“We’re not just offering another booking service,” added Veltman.
“We’re providing a partnership that helps SMEs focus on their core business, while our advisors bring expertise, strategy, and results to their travel programs.”
1000MTG’s entry into the North American corporate travel market follows strong performance in Australia and the United Kingdom.
The North American expansion offers both scale and stability.
Anita Salvatore, CTM CEO – North America, said: “1000MTG brings something fresh to the North American market. Their model is designed for the evolving travel advisor and SME landscape. We’re proud to support their growth.”
