Our client is a leading online travel company seeking an enthusiastic, proactive travel industry professional to join their ticketing division.
A free gym, stunning city scape & views of Albert Park from every angle of your desk…sound like a great environment – well it is!

We are seeking an experienced travel consultant, ideally from a consolidation background where you are proficient in international fare construction and ticketing, for the position of Customer Service Consultant.
The role entails servicing existing and new clients with their international fare constructions and international airline bookings. This is NOT a sales role, you will ONLY be servicing the client POST sale.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as all contact will be via phone or email with your clients.  You will have an enthusiastic attitude towards a flexible work environment, as task priorities can change on a regular basis (by the hour/minute).

This is a very friendly, buzzing and professional work environment where consultants work solidly for their set hours, and get paid a generous reward for any overtime, with a set maximum overtime limit per week.

A great base salary is on offer, with monthly employee incentives and rewards, ON TOP OF paid overtime.  This service centre is open 7 days per week, and has a rotating roster, where you would work 1 in 3 weekends, only ever working 5 days in a row.
This is a fantastic role, with a company that only promises what it can deliver to employees, and has a great salary structure with a fabulous earning potential ($50,000-55,000).
