Join this challenging and growing hospitality company as their Financial Controller, sitting on the Executive Team. You will ensure that the Group achieves its strategic mission, annual business plans and budgets. You will also be responsible for developing feasibility modeling, risk management and financial analysis on potential acquisitions and joint ventures. Key Duties: Management of all finance functions (acts pay/acts rec/payrol etc) Preparation of monthly finance and management accounts / reports Maintain P&L & balance sheets for all the Groups companies Improve and implement finance systems Develop and maintain annual Group budget etc. Key Requirements: 7 – 10 years experience in a financial function ideally within the hotel/hospitality sector Thorough understanding of statutory reporting & taxation requirements Good understanding of hotel finance operations Experience in major commercial negotiations Ability to motivate and guide others This is an outstanding opportunity for a Degree qualified & for someone who is a member of an Australian professional accounting body.
