A TMS Hot Job – Front Office Manager
This lovely four star hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to join this beautifully located property.
Reporting to the EAM, this is a very diverse role where you will oversee Reception, Guest Services, Reservations, Night Audit and Housekeeping. Some of your main functions will include:
* staff recruitment, training and development;
* budgeting and forecasting;
* partaking in HOD and departmental meetings and to ensure a high standard of guest service is given at all times.
This is a rostered role, where duty manager duties may be taken on at times.
You will have:
* Previous Front Office Manager experience
* A good knowledge of MS Office and Fidelio
* General Managers Licence
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Great problem solving skills – an ability to think on your feet
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
