AA’s Flagship Program checks in at JFK
American Airlines yesterday debuted its third Flagship Check-In for premium customers at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
The check-in area features customer service representatives and an expedited security line.
It’s available to ConciergeKey members, first-class customers traveling on a three-class transcontinental aircraft, or on international American or select oneworld alliance flights, and customers of American’s Five Star Service program.
The JFK Flagship Check-In experience, located in Terminal 8, is available daily from 3:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
American has introduced a number of programs aimed at coddling its first-class customers, including turndown service in first-class cabins on all international Boeing 777, walk-up bars, and fully lie-flat First and Business Class seating with direct aisle access from every seat
