AAT Kings Flight link online
From Monday 19 February 2007, AAT Kings Flight link will go online, enabling agents to book domestic low-cost airlines and AAT Kings product exclusively through AAT Kings Agents Online.
Les Cox, MD AAT Kings said, “The introduction of Flight link provides agents with a simple way to transact AAT Kings bookings with low cost airlines in one simple transaction and in one system. They can check instant flight availability from their Calypso itinerary screen, get live fare quotes and create Virgin Blue or Jetstar bookings directly from Calypso.
“Plus, AAT Kings will be paying commission on both Jetstar and Virgin Blue flights booked via Flightlink, on top of our regular land component commission. These bookings will also earn World Reward Points, further benefiting agents.
Once bookings are paid and confirmed Etickets will be issued for flights from the airline directly. These will be sent to the email address advised to the airline at the time of booking. AAT Kings documentation will operate the same as they currently do.
All bookings that contain low cost air services will be governed by the terms of the airfares used. All services via Flight link will be deemed to be “instant purchase” in accordance with the airfare rules. This will relate to all land that is also contained within the booking enabling agents to close the sale on the spot in one transaction.
AAT Kings is Australia and New Zealand’s premier holiday operator. AAT Kings’ product range offers travellers freedom and flexibility with a wide range of escorted tours, short breaks, 4WD adventures, camping adventures and day tour programs.
