AC Group restructures leadership team
AC Group has appointed Mafalda Teixeira and Dermot O’Neill as joint Managing Directors
It follows a successful restructuring of its Management Team at the DMC.
The move has been made possible thanks to sustained growth with a number of multibillion pound contracts secured.
With over seven years at AC Group and 20 years in hotel and tour operations, Teixeira has progressed from the head of Luxe and Online to Operations Director.
She previously held roles at The Doyle Collection with AC owner Rob Russell, and at Four Seasons.
Dermot O’Neill joined AC Tours Ireland in the summer of 2023.
O’Neill is tasked with the leadership of the Commercial Team at AC Group.
AC Group has refined its business focus to exclusively serve the UK, Ireland and French markets for luxury travel experiences.
Rob Russell, owner of AC Group, said: “The addition of Dermot and Mafalda to our Leadership Team marks a significant milestone. Their combined expertise and vision are pivotal for our strategic expansion.”
AC Group was founded in 1999 as AC Tours, and currently operates out of offices in London, Paris, Edinburgh, and Drogheda, Ireland.
