Accommodation specialist offers agents upfront commission payments

Thursday, 06 Mar, 2012 0

Luxury accommodation specialist Clarenco has launched a new commission payment plan, "Clarenco Preferred", which it says will benefit travel agents booking conferences and events.

Agents who sign up to the plan will receive 75% of their commission prior to an event taking place, as soon as the contract has been signed and initial deposits received. The remaining 25% will be paid after the event.

Terms and conditions apply.

Clarenco’s collection of UK venues, which was previously branded Amazing Retreats, has been rebranded Clarenco following a review of the group’s overall business.

Executive Chairman Mike Clare said: "We want to create a brand that spans across property and luxury estates and that will stand, and be instantly recognised, for buying, restoring and developing iconic and unusual venues."

Clarenco will expand its portfolio of luxurious and unusual UK properties to a total of seven with the opening next month of Spitbank Fort in the Solent, Stanbrook Abbey in Worcestershire and Plas Rhianfa on Anglesey.
