Accor joins hands in loyalty partnership with Grab
Global hospitality group Accor has inked a new strategic partnershipwith Southeast Asia ride hailing app Grab.
The partnership allows GrabRewards members to access rewards in Accor’s new lifestyle loyalty programme, ALL- Accor Live Limitless.
ALL offers members various travel and lifestyle experiences in hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and at sporting events.
GrabRewards members can already use points to redemm experiences, while ALL members will soon be able to redeem for GrabRewards partner benefits.
"GrabRewards is the perfect partner for ALL, especially in Southeast Asia, where both companies have a strong and fast-growing presence," said Michael Issenberg, chairman and CEO of Accor Asia Pacific.
Grab has about 32 million users across multiple ASEAN countries.
ALL currently has about 62 million loyalty members.
