Ace Hotel sold to investment group

Ace Hotel is being sold for $85 million in cash to investment group Sortis Holdings.
Portland based Sortis will take ownership of Ace Group International and Atelier Ace and the global portfolio of 12 hotels.
Ace Hotel was founded in 1999 in Seattle.
It operates hotels in Portland, Los Angeles, New Orleans and New York.
Ace also has an Asia Pacific presence in Japan and Australia.
