Advantage allows agents to put pet hates in Room 101
Advantage has announced further details of its forthcoming conference in Turkey including a session where delegates can vote to put their pet hates in Room 101.
Former senior vice president of global development at GBTA and former CEO of ITM, Paul Tilstone will moderate the business sessions opening with ‘A Digit-ised Business’ at the conference running from 14 to 18 May.
Timothy O’Neil-Dunne and representatives from WEX Europe, Traveldoo and Amadeus will discuss the changes resulting from the digitisation of travel and the opportunity for the travel management company (TMC) to add more value.
In ‘One in Seven Billion – the personalisation of business travel’ Max Zanardi, general manager at The Ritz Carlton, Istanbul will look at the importance of human personal service.
In ‘Business Travel Room 101’ a panel including Gianni Salvadori from Melia Hotels and Sarah Gaze of Eurostar will discuss their pet hates in the travel industry, with delegates voting on which one to banish to Room 101.
And in ‘The Final Countdown’, Anthony Drury, director, head of business at easyJet and Ken McLeod, corporate director at Advantage will reflect on the business sessions and predict what the future holds for business travel and how TMCs should adapt to the changing marketplace.
