Advantage’s tailored training looks at ancillary sales
Advantage Travel Partnership is running four one-day training workshops on the sale of ancillary products.
The consortium had previously looked at frontline selling skills in 2013 and middle management/team leader training last year.
The workshops take place in London (November 10), Leeds (November 12), Cardiff (November 23) and Belfast (November 26).
David Moon, head of business development at Advantage said: "We see a real opportunity to improve member profitability through an increase in ancillary sales with a clear focus in delivering great customer service, a hallmark of strong independent agents. We are also pleased that so many of our ancillary partners are supporting the training events including Holiday Extras who are a headline sponsor."
