Adventure travel companies extend cancellations to mid-August
Adventure tour operators Exodus Travels and Headwater Holidays have extended the suspension of all their tours until August 16.
Customers are being offered Refund Credit Notes to be used towards the cost of any new bookings for travel up to the end of March 2022.
If the credit isn’t used by January 31next year, the operators said the RCNs can be exchanged for refunds.
They said the RCNs will be ABTA-bonded, but the CAA has not confirmed that the RCNs are ATOL-protected.
