Agent training planned as Sunvil expands in Latin America
Sunvil Latin America is to run two agent training days on the back of an expanded 2008 programme.
Mexico and Panama have been added by the operator to give coverage of 11 countries across Central and South America.
Training days in London are planned for agents on Chile on October 16 and Peru on a date to be confirmed.
The focus on the trade comes as the company adds a 35-day grand tour of Central America aimed at individual travellers with a lead-in of £6,049 per person covering Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Mexico.
A 16-night Essential Mexico itinerary starts at £3,309.
A climate and wildlife calendar has been introduced to the brochure as part of in-depth information on the Galapagos Islands.
New regions covered include Trujillo and Chiclayo in northern Peru and the Orinoco Delta and Morrocoy National Park in Venezuela.
Three Hurtigruten cruises in Antartica have been introduced starting at £2,339 for eight days excluding flights.
Director Lloyd Boutcher said the operator could offer “in-depth, impartial knowledge” to agents as a result of regular inspection trips to the continent.
