Agents invited to apply for hosted place at ABTA Travel Convention
ABTA has unveiled details of this year’s Travel Convention, due to take place from October 6-8 in Gran Canaria
The Convention will be held in the coastal resort town of Meloneras, a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Sessions will take place in The Maspalomas Convention Centre, which has just been renovated.
Gran Canaria has reserved 200 rooms for up to four nights, free of charge for hosted agents, with the option to participate in a fam trip.
The eight Convention Hotels all lie within a 5-15 minute walk from the Centre, with two additional properties further afield.
Social events will also be held within easy walking distance of all the main hotels.
Further details and the full programme of events will be announced in April.
Registration and accommodation bookings open on Thursday 1 May.
For details of how to obtain a hosted agent place, agents should contact Louise Rigby on [email protected] or telephone 01920 873030.
