Air Astana agrees AZAL airline partnership
Air Astana has inked an airline codeshare partnership with AZAL Azerbaijan Airlines.
The two airlines operate joint flights on the Baku-Almaty-Baku route five times a week.
This latest codeshare agreement provides Air Astana passengers with more convenience and a wider choice of flights between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
Passengers also gain access to a wider network of routes and services on partner airlines.
Air Astana’s first interline agreement was signed in 2005 and since then, the company has grown ties with other international carriers.
In addition to AZAL, Air Astana currently has airline codeshare agreements with Asiana Airlines, Bangkok Airways, Cathay Pacific, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines.
