Air Astana linking Delhi with Astana
Kazakhstan carrier Air Astana will open a new route linking Kazakh capital Astana with Delhi next month.
Staring on July 2, Air Astana will fly to Delhi three times a week, which is in addition to its existing Almaty-Delhi services.
The new route will be operated by Airbus A320 and Embraer 190 aircraft.
Flights depart Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
Flight reservations are now live on the Air Astana website.
Delhi passengers can take connecting flights via Astana to a host of cities in Cemtral Asia and Russia including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Istanbul, Kiev, Baku and Tbilisi.
Passengers booked on the new service travelling until September 10 can claim free admission tickets for EXPO 2017 Astana – Future Energy which is being sponsored by the carrier.
