Air Seychelles appoints former Etihad exec as CEO
Air Seychelles has named Roy Kinnear as new CEO effective from July 1.
He will join Air Seychelles from alliance partner carrier Etihad Airways where he was senior vice president – revenue management and planning.
In that role Kinnear oversaw revenue management, pricing and inventory control.
"Roy Kinnear is a highly talented industry executive with the experience and expertise to lead Air Seychelles and maintain the dynamism and momentum of the airline," said Joël Morgan, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Transport.
"Roy brings new skills for a new phase in the continuous and very successful evolution of Air Seychelles, which now has a strong foundation and a growing reputation as a leading airline."
Kinnear has three decades of aviation experience and was previously head of network revenue management at gulf air from 2002 to 2006.
He also held positions at British Airways and bmi.
