Air Tahiti Nui appoints new Australia and NZ manager
Air Tahiti Nui has appointed industry veteran Alan Roman as general manager for Australia and New Zealand.
Roman spent a long career at Air New Zealand in the Australasian and Pacific Island markets.
He has filled various positions at Air NZ including managing operations in French Polynesia, Fiji, and Western Australia, as market planning and performance manager and sales development manager.
"I’m thrilled to be working in Tahitian airspace again and am ready to roll up my sleeves to keep Air Tahiti Nui on its strong growth trajectory out of Australia and New Zealand," Roman said.
"I’m also looking forward to maintaining the existing relationships with the local trade and our industry partners as the airline heads into a period of growth over the coming years," he added.
