Airbnb becomes fully remote workplace
Airbnb’s pandemic-era remote working policy is now a permanent feature of the business. In an email to employees it said full-time remote working is possible for most employees.
Airbnb’s ‘live anywhere, work anywhere’ philosophy allows workers to move anywhere in the country and pay won’t change. They’ll also have the flexibility to travel and work around the world subject to ‘gathering in person every quarter for about a week at a time.’
