Airline offers online conference room booking option
Business passengers flying with Aer Arran are being given the option to book conference rooms via the airline’s website.
Airlines traditionally include a number of additional products on their websites including hotel rooms and car hire. Aer Arann claims to be the first to also allow corporate passengers the opportunity to book meeting rooms online.
Travellers can access special offers of up to 50% off meeting room hire and book meeting rooms online at www.aerarann.com through integration of the booking system of Meetingsbooker.com.
Meetingsbooker.com will provide the Irish carrier with access to meeting rooms from conference hotels and venues throughout Ireland as well as a growing number in the UK and Europe.
The system allows people to search for venues in different locations, browse meeting room special offers, book refreshments as well as select meeting IT equipment.
“Business travellers are our main bookers so we are delighted to work with Aer Arann to deliver additional revenue to our partner venues”, said Ciaran Delaney, www.meetingsbooker.com managing director.
The airline’s corporate affairs director Andrew Kelly said: “By visiting www.aerarann.com, customers can now arrange their travel, accommodation and venue hire in one go as well as benefitting from our great value offerings.”
