Allegiant offering free flights for a year
Low cost carrier Allegiant has announced a spate of new routes beginning next year and the opportunity for five lucky fliers to win free flights on the airline for an entire year.
The airline is launching a total of 14 new flights in February and March next year, with five new cities added to its route network – Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Omaha, Richmond, Va. and Jacksonville, Fl.
To kick off the new routes, Allegiant is offering introductory one-way fares from $55 if booked by tomorrow November 13, for travel through May 5, 2015.
"We are extremely pleased to announce this expansion and bring new convenient, low-cost vacation options to five new communities, as well as new destination options for those communities we currently serve," said Jude Bricker, Allegiant SVP, planning.
"Allegiant is dedicated to making vacations more affordable for more people, offering travelers the lowest possible base fare and the best deals on vacation packages."
To celebrate Allegiant’s entry into five new cities, it is offering travelers the chance to win free Allegiant flights for an entire year.
One winner and a nominated companion from each of the new cities will get free air travel from their local airport up to once a month for a year.
No purchase is required to enter the sweepstakes, which ends on November 26.
Full details are available on Allegiant’s website.
