Amadeus appoints new Asia Pacific distribution VP
Amadeus has announced the appointment of Frédéric Barou as Vice President of distribution, products and operations for Amadeus in Asia Pacific.
Based in Bangkok, he has been at Amadeus since 1999 and previously held the post of vice president, sales and account management for Amadeus North America in Chicago.
Prior to joining Amadeus, Barou worked in consultancy with leading technology firms SAP and IBM.

We believe that his breadth and depth of experience in the sector and his extensive knowledge of the Amadeus business will steer the company to greater heights," said Angel Gallego, president, Amadeus Asia Pacific.
