Amadeus, Lufthansa sign accord
BANGKOK – Amadeus, Lufthansa German Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines have signed a long-term full content agreement.
The agreement, which is valid until the end of 2014, will guarantee travel agents worldwide access to the full range of Lufthansa and SWISS content through Amadeus, with no surcharge. 
 

From March 1, 2010, the full range of Lufthansa and SWISS fares, schedules and inventory made available through the Amadeus system will be the same, and under the same conditions as that offered through any indirect or direct channel, distribution provider or website.


“We are delighted with this agreement which brings comfort, stability and efficiency to the many thousands of travel agents worldwide who make bookings on Lufthansa and SWISS, two of the world’s leading airlines,†said Philippe Chérèque, executive vice president, commercial, Amadeus.
