Amadeus names Christian Lukey as AP hotel distribution director
Travel technology supplier Amadeus has appointed Christian Lukey as regional director, of hotel distribution in Asia Pacific.
It is a move to firm up its commitment to diversify its business model into the hotel distribution market, travel intelligence and airport IT.
Lukey is a former commercial director of HRS and brings 16 years’ experience in hospitality roles across Asia Pacific, in hotel business strategy, reservation systems and distribution networks.
"The global hotel landscape is changing dramatically and Asia Pacific is at the heart of that change," Lukey said.
"This is a great time to join a global leader like Amadeus as it invests in hotel R&D and innovation as part of its diversification strategy. I am looking forward to working together with the outstanding APAC team."
