Amadeus River Cruises rolls out agent concession fares
Amadeus River Cruises has introduced an exclusive UK trade partner concession.
It is designed to encourage as many agents as possible to get onboard and experience the product for themselves.
Trade partners will receive a 25% discount off the full brochure price for themselves as well as 25% discount off the full brochure price for the accompanying second person in the cabin.
The rate is available on a request basis and is limited to one cabin per sailing and one cabin per agent per cruise season.
The concessionary rate covers the cruise with all meals, beer, wine and soft drinks with lunch and dinner, onboard entertainment, use of bicycles, WiFi and port fees.
Travel agents will need to cover the cost of their own flights, overseas transfers and additional costs such as excursions.
As part of a strategy to engage with trade partners and enable them to learn more about the product, Amadeus River Cruises recently hosted 12 agents on a seven-night Tulip Serenade itinerary round trip from Amsterdam.
Six agents cruised on the first four-night sector between Amsterdam and Antwerp with the remaining six agents cruising on the second three-night sector between Antwerp and Amsterdam.
