Aman to open hotel property in Singapore highest skyscraper
Aman will open its newest Singapore property in 2028 in the country’s highest skyscraper, The Skywaters. Standing at 305 metres and strategically at the prime intersection of the Central Business District (CBD), Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront, The Skywaters will be Singapore’s tallest building and Singapore’s only super-tall skyscraper that will define the city skyline.
The Skywaters is designed by architect Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), world-renowned for shaping skylines globally with supertall skyscrapers such as the Burj Khalifa, One World Trade Centre and Jin Mao Tower.
For Aman, the Singapore property will be a forthcoming urban sanctuary that will redefine the city’s ultra-luxury landscape. Bringing together a hotel, a limited collection of Aman branded residences, and global private members club to the city-state, this new destination marks a pivotal moment for the brand, introducing the Aman lifestyle and privacy, harmonious design and unparalleled service for the first time in Singapore.
Aman Singapore will feature elegant interiors and harmonious design, brought to life by Kerry Hill Architects. The property will encompass an exclusive global Aman Club, serving its invite-only membership community, as well as a limited collection of Aman Residences overlooking the city and the South China Sea. A dedicated floor of spacious hotel suites – among the largest in the city – will offer sweeping views of Singapore’s iconic metropolis while imbuing every element of the design with a profound sense of serenity.
The luxury hotel will occupy the 24th to 26th floors, while the Aman-branded residences are on the 28th to 30th floors. The Aman-branded apartments comprise a mix of one- to five-bedroom units.
Guests, residents, and club members will have access to a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity pool, as well as multiple dining and social venues showcasing Aman’s signature culinary concepts.
Aman Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin described Singapore as a key global hub and said the project marks an important step for the brand, long anticipated by its loyal following. He added that the property will reflect Aman’s core values while serving as a gateway to its destinations across Asia.
Aman currently operates 36 hotels and resorts in more than 20 destinations, many near UNESCO World Heritage sites. Singapore joins a pipeline of upcoming projects including Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai, and the Maldives.
