ANA adding flights to Tokyo from LAX
Japan carrier All Nippon Airways is adding service from Tokyo Narita to Los Angeles.
The LAX service will go double daily from October 29.
It will bring to three the number of daily flights to the Tokyo market from Los Angeles, along with ANA’s daily flight to Tokyo Haneda.
ANA cites strong demand for US-Japan travel.
The flight will be operated by 250-seat Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The airline operates a dual hub strategy in Tokyo.
Haneda Airport acts as a transit hub linking international and domestic services within Japan and Narita functions as an international hub between other cities in Asia and onward travel to North America.
Reservations and ticket sales for the additional flights are now live.
