ANA codeshares with China’s Juneyao Airlines
Japan’s All Nippon Airways has agreed a codesharing arrangement with China’s Juneyao Airlines.
Juneyao will tap the Star Alliance connecting partner arrangement to offer ANA customers improved connections via its Shanghai hub.
It includes domestic routes to and from Xian and Harbin.
Juneyao became the first Star Alliance connecting partner last year which allows regional airlines to feed services into the alliance’s wider network without become a full member.
The codeshare partnership begins on March 25 and also includes international routes between Shanghai and Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
The two airlines will also allow members of the respective ANA Mileage Club and Juneyao Air Club to earn and redeem miles on each other’s flights.
