Another good day for lastminute.com

Travel and tourism shares enjoyed a largely positive session yesterday, as London’s equity markets registered small gains.

 

The FTSE 100 index added 7.4 points to end the day at 4362.6, while the FTSE 250 did rather better to put on 40.2 points to close at 5956.3.

 

Lastminute.com probably enjoyed the best performance among industry shares, adding 3p to close at 124p.
