Apple Vacations introduces new travel agent portal
Apple Vacations has unveiled its new agent platform, offering a range of new time saving tools and enhancements.
MyAppleOnline, powered by VAX VacationAccess, goes live on November 19.
Travel advisors will get enhanced control over bookings as well as tools aimed at increasing client engagement.
The improved design has fast access functions to better manage bookings and surcharge amounts can be set as separate fees or as part of the final total.
Search options have been improved with hotel availability calendars and travelers with flexible dates will be better served with enhanced charter flight functionality.
A new group booking tool has been added and the system enables agents to create personalized quotes by email containing their own brand logo.
This can be done for up to ten clients at a time with up to six hotel options and three car rental choices.
