Aquatica Orlando showcases new waterslide experience
Aquatica Orlando Water Park celebrates the grand opening of newest attraction, Tassie’s Underwater Twist this week.
The only waterslide experience of its kind opens on 15 Match, which digitally transports riders to Australia’s ‘Shark Bay.’
It presents a digital underwater world filled with marine life.
Guests will encounter manta rays, humpback whales, and a variety of plant life, plus sea turtles and the occasional shark.
This happens while twisting and turning through a unique super-bowl element.
“This is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience with adrenaline pumping twists and turns,” said Brad Gilmour, Park President of Aquatica Orlando.
The experience is set to an orchestral score.
Tassie’s Underwater Twist will also feature a synchronised video display.
Riders explore the underwater world in a two-person innertube.
It has a marine conservation message too.
It highlights the importance of seagrass meadows through visual components along the path of the ride, encouraging visitors to learn more about the marine life that depends on them.
Tickets for SeaWorld Parks can be booked online. Visit www.DoSomethingDifferent.com
Aquatica Orlando features 50 slides, rivers and lagoons and 84,000 square feet of sandy beaches.
