Aquis Hotels founder John Kent claims his burgeoning group will become the largest in Greece by the middle of summer 2010 .
With 12 properties already within the portfolio, the group is set to expand to 20 via various acquisitions.
"We aim to offer one of the best products for the price within the market," he said.
"We have worked very hard at our service levels, five-star at four-star prices, and our rankings within many of the online services prove this as they are the highest in the market.
"When you combine this with the massive investments we are making with our refurbishments the proposition from Aquis is even more appealing."
Kent believes that the all-inclusive demand will continue to prove strong especially in a market where many holidaymakers wish to budget more accurately than they have done in the past.
It is also a product offering that is increasingly more popular with British holidaymakers.
"Our appeal to UK holidaymakers has improved considerably as the desire to stay in self catering properties begins to diminish," Kent said.
"Our strongest growing market is however the French and we see no change in that rend during 2010."
The group will increasingly move toward “Aquis Experiential Holidays’.
"We recognise that there are a lot of nice hotels in the market in many countries offering access to nice weather and nice beaches," said Kent.
"The more local and authentic we make the Aquis experience the less likely we are to get involved in a discounting war.
"We want an Aquis stay to be unique with the use of local food, drink and entertainment. This will take further investment but we see great opportunities by investing during a crisis."
