ATPI buys Australian agency
Travel management group ATPI has purchased Australian travel agent Voyager Travel to boost its presence in Asia Pacific.
Voyager Travel has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
Its MD Richard Savva will remain in the role and has become a shareholder of ATPI.
The Krongold group will keep hold of Voyager’s travel technology business.
Outgoing Voyager chairman Lionel Krongold said the approach came "out of the blue" as the company celebrated its 40-year anniversary.
